WhoIsCool.Com? WhoIsCool.Com is simply a site where you
can create surveys and votes as you please.
There are several types
of voting you can create and once you are registered with
us you can create up to 10 of them.
Once you login the site
is very simple and self-explanatory the only thing that
may need explaining are the voting types:
Types Of Voting?

Only - |
This is the
simplest type of vote. You simply add the names
you like and people can vote on which name they
want. For example you could have a list entitled
"Who Is The Coolest Person On The
Planet?" and add various celebrities to that
list.

| Buttons
Only - |
This is almost
the same as a Names Only list, but it is a list
of buttons. This vote is more flexible as you can
enter whichever captions you want.

and Buttons - |
This is a
combination of names and buttons. You can have up
to 5 buttons per name, so, for example you can
rate a name whether they are Cool or whether they
are Not Cool.
